Impact as a co-founder
Not working enough hours
The following comprises and analysis of AM's calendar events from week 10th to week 21th of 2025. These are the weeks leading up to the writing of this report, and they provide a comprehensive overview of AM's work patterns, including his meeting attendance, "Focus Time" reservations, and "Out of Office" blocks.
AM demonstrates a highly relaxed and minimally demanding work pattern. The frequent use of "Out of Office" blocks, significant "Focus Time" reservations without corresponding meetings or accepted commitments, and multiple declined meetings imply a noticeably low level of active work engagement.
Week 10 (Mar 3-9)
- Significant blocks of "Out of Office" and ample "Focus Time".
- Accepted minimal meetings, frequently rejecting or ignoring scheduled meetings.
- Low active engagement, limited to mandatory commitments.

Week 11 (Mar 10-16)
- Frequent use of "Focus Time" and "Out of Office" slots throughout the week.
- Attendance at select essential meetings with considerable free periods.
- Noticeably large block of "Out of Office" on Friday, reinforcing limited productivity.

Week 12 (Mar 17-23)
- Several "Out of Office" periods, including entire days.
- Sparse attendance at scheduled meetings, selective participation.
- "Focus Time" predominantly unused for visible tasks or meetings.

Week 13 (Mar 24-30)
- Predominantly marked by extensive "Out of Office" periods (entire days, repeatedly).
- Minimal accepted meeting attendance.
- Negligible active work activity.

Week 14 (Mar 31-Apr 6)
- More active than previous weeks, attending essential meetings and reserving considerable "Focus Time".
- Still frequent "Out of Office" slots.
- Participation moderate compared to overall pattern.

Week 15 (Apr 7-13)
- Mixed schedule with moderate attendance of meetings, although still substantial "Out of Office" blocks.
- "Focus Time" usage consistent but unclear in productivity or deliverables.

Week 16 (Apr 14-20)
- Primarily dominated by "Out of Office" blocks.
- Limited visible productive activities or meeting attendance.
- "Focus Time" set but minimally productive.

Week 17 (Apr 21-27)
- Limited active participation.
- Frequent rejection of scheduled meetings, significant "Out of Office".
- Sparse attendance at accepted meetings.

Week 18 (Apr 28-May 4)
- Slightly improved active participation, yet "Out of Office" periods remain significant.
- Reserved "Focus Time" without visible task outcomes.

Week 19 (May 5-11)
- Brief periods of high engagement due to events (medical congress attendance).
- Continued frequent and prolonged "Out of Office".
- Minimal routine productivity.

Week 20 (May 12-18)
- Significant "Out of Office" blocks.
- Active attendance at select meetings but relatively minimal work intensity.

Week 21 (May 19-25)
- Significant "Out of Office" blocks.
- Active attendance at select meetings but relatively minimal work intensity.

AM exhibits a distinctly light workload, characterized by extensive personal time, numerous declined meetings, and abundant, ambiguously utilized "Focus Time". This schedule implies minimal sustained professional engagement or workload intensity.
Excessive holidays
AM has taken an excessive number of holidays, which far exceed the company's policy. This has resulted in a significant impact on the company's operations, and an increased workload for other co-founders who have had to cover for his absence.
These include:
- Two days off, withouth prior notice, during the Feria de Sevilla.
- October 2023, three days off to Paris for his girlfriend's birthday.
- October 2024, three days off to Switzerland..
- May 2025, two days off to travel to Paris to attend the Forbes 30 Under 30 Summit. He posted on Instagram about this trip: "Si alguien me hubiera dicho en la uni que a los 30 podría coger un avión a París cualquier día, asistir al 30 under 30 de Forbes, desayunar en el Ritz y aprovechar para hacer unas compras… le habría dicho que estaba loco 😳".
- March 2025, four days off to travel to Mexico for a wedding.
- December 2024, five days off to travel to Japan with his girfriend.
- April 2024, went to Mexico
- December 2023, went to Austria, Albania and other countries in the Balkans.
Not complying with the exclusivity
Travel capital
Travel Capital is a travel agency that offers personalized travel experiences, focusing on unique destinations and cultural immersion. It was founded by AM and his girlfriend. This company presents itself in a cuestionable manner:

Website of the company Travelcapital.es, consulted on May 26th, 2025
This phrasing is not only unprofessional but also misaligned with the values of the company. The company sells medical devices to public hospitals, which are managed by the government. Therefore, the use of such language is inappropriate and could damage the company's reputation.
Besides the questionable marketing, the fact that AM is involved in this side project raises concerns about his commitment to the company's mission and values.
The dedication to the company Travelcapital.es is a clear example of AM's lack of focus on his role. As proof of his involvement, the receipts for the purchase of the domain of the company are presented, which were made on December 15th, 2022, 2023, and 2024. These purchases indicate a continuous commitment to this side project, which is not aligned with his responsibilities at the company.

This can also be seen in his Instagram profile. The publication of May 24th, 2025, shows his dedication to this side project, stating that he is a businessman during the morning, and assembles furniture in the afternoon.

Impact as leader of his department
AM is the leader of the medical data science department.
Out of the managers, AM is the person with the highest opportunity to delegate his tasks. He has 4 JD-009, which are Data Scientists who develop the algorithms. This task was originally performed by AM, in the same way that other tasks were exclusively performed by the other co-founders.

Jordi Barrachina Apr 10th at 17:48
Jordi Barrachina Apr 11th at 12:04@Coti Majdalani

Constanza Majdalani Apr 10th at 17:38
But he did not understand, so he opened a new thread in parallel
